What is Huble?

Last updated on Sep 14, 2026

Huble is a time tracking and productivity management platform. Your team tracks time in the Huble desktop app, and Huble turns that time into timesheets, reports and client invoices.

How Huble works

  1. Set up your work. Add clients, projects and tasks in the Huble web app, then invite your team.

  2. Track time. Members start a timer on a task in the desktop app. If your organization allows it, members can also add time manually in the web app.

  3. Report and bill. Use tracked time to see where effort goes and invoice your clients.

The desktop app and the web app

The desktop app is where members track time. Every session is tied to a project and a task.

The web app is where you review time, manage projects and people, run reports and create invoices.

What's in the web app

Section Use it to
Dashboard See a weekly summary of worked time, activity and core work for your organization or a single member

What you can see depends on your role

  • Owners manage the whole organization.

  • Admins manage the whole organization except billing

  • Managers can view time, activity and reports for other members, and manage teams and departments. They cannot change tracking settings.

  • Employees can view only their own time and activity.

What Huble tracks

Your organization decides what the desktop app records. The app records only while your timer is running, and it can include:

  • Activity levels from your mouse and keyboard, used to calculate activity percentage and idle time. Huble does not record the keys you type.

  • App names, but not what is inside the apps.

  • Screenshots, if your organization turns them on. Screenshots can be blurred.

Huble never reads your clipboard or personal files, and never records audio or video.
